Our In-the-hoop Swirly Coasters are a spin-off from our very popular Swirly Placemats.    I had so many requests for a Coaster to go with the larger Placemats.     While the Placemats are created in 5 hooping’s, these Coasters are completed in just one hooping. 

This is a design where you can really play with Colors and fabrics –I did my samples in Black and Gold (this year’s Christmas theme) but I have created the design so you can use 12 different colors if you choose to.  I created the design with or without the inner quilting, which is perfect for patterned prints, like Christmas Fabrics.

FINISHED SIZE

  • 5X5 Hoop            Just under 5 inch
  • 6X6 Hoop            Just under 6 inch
  • 8X8 Hoop            Just under 8 inch

We use hoop size descriptions in line with usual industry terms.  If you are unsure if your hoop is big enough for a design, please check the size in mm, or click here for a list of common Embroidery Hoop Sizes

Please note that our 6x10 designs utilize the full embroidery field, which may not fit within the Oval Bernina hoop. If this is the case, you may need to use a larger Bernina hoop or opt for the 5x7 designs instead.
