A free redwork poppy quilt block. The redwork poppy block stitches out very fast so you can make a bag in no time at all. After the blocks are stitched the bag is put together on a sewing machine.

With full step by step instructions on how to add window pane sashing to any quilt block project to turn your blocks into a very stylish tote bag. There are details given on how to calculate your fabric should you wish to make a bigger bag by stitching more blocks.

Please note that our 6x10 designs utilize the full embroidery field, which may not fit within the Oval Bernina hoop. If this is the case, you may need to use a larger Bernina hoop or opt for the 5x7 designs instead.
