Here is a quick Step by step on how to Download our Free Designs,and create an Account

VIEW FREE DESIGN CATALOGUE

• Click the Free Design you would like to Download 

The majority of Free Designs sets include all formats, but a few of the larger sets have been split out into individual formats (so the Download File is not huge)

If you see a CHOOSE FORMAT BUTTON

• click on the drop down button to choose your format
• then ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET

• Add more designs to your Shopping Cart (Continue Shopping Link - Top Right)
• or Click the CHECKOUT Button

• Enter your name, address and phone number 
• Click SUBMIT

Thats it! - You'll see this Thank you Message

You'll receive an e-mail in the next few minutes, in the meantime, make sure you have a look at our Website 

Have a look thru our INSPIRATION PAGE or BLOGS - there's a ton of info on those pages

DOWNLOADING YOUR DESIGNS

Check your Inbox for an e-mail from Kreative Kiwi Embroidery with the Subject - Order Summary

Click on the Download File, and your free design will be saved to your Computer

KREATIVE KIWI ACCOUNT

Once you have created your first order, a Kreative Kiwi Account is automatically created for you, to store your free and purchased designs.

To automatically log into your account, Click the Acount LogIn Link on the top right of your e-mail

  Or click the Log In Link on the bottom left of your e-mail

This will take you straight to your Account on the Kreative Kiwi Website

On this screen your options are:

Download Previous Purchases - This is where your Free and Purchased Designs are stored forever

View Previous Orders - Shows all the orders you have created - OPEN Orders have not been paid for

View Loyalty Points - Show your Loyalty Point Balance click here to read about our Loyalty Point System 

Passwords - Create a password - (You can just stay with the Auto LogIn links and not worry about passwords ever)

Most people use the Download Previous Purchases Tab, as you can view and re-download your Embroidery Files

You can sort your Downloads (Design Files) by Date Purchased or Name

Now you are logged into your account, when you go shopping, your details are already added, and your FREE designs or purchases will automatically be added to your account
